JAPANESE AWARDSJapan has 47 administrative districts called prefectures, which are divided into cities, towns and villages. "Gun" not being an administrative district, is a regional congregation of towns and villages. The big cities are divided into wards denoted by the Japanese word "ku". For important JA awards prefectures are denoted by 2digit numbers, cities by 4digit JCC numbers, Guns by 5digit JCG numbers, and Ku by 6 digit numbers where the first 4 digites denote the JCC number of the town hosting these Ku (wards).
Those with a 0 flag in column 1 are still wanted, those with a 1 flag are QSLd.
