This award can be applied by all hams or SWLs who can give evidence for contacts with ILERA Members or with Esperanto speaking radio amateurs:

125 qso 25 dxcc (sticker)

QSL cards are required with printed or hand-written Esperanto text or with any Esperanto symbol.

A GCR list (do not send in qsls), and a fee of 5 IRC, EUR 5, or USD 5 or equivalent is required to receive the basic award (or 1 IRC for the stickers)
