Welcome, This is my little page about ham radio. It might be useful to you in the following cases: We met on the air and you wish to confirm the contact by a QSL card. Hamming Interests:

• On HF: CW Operator for many years. Power: Moderate or QRP, Preferred bands: 80-10m including WARC. I may as well use SSB with my ESPERANTO pals or on ten meters when it's wide open. 160m is restricted to few frequencies in Italy, and my antennas don't work well there. Antenna gain: 10m-20m 4dBd, 30m-80m 0dBd.
• On 6 m: QRV with 50W and bazooka dipole. Only occasional QSOs and strictly CW only.
• On 2 m: QRV with 50W + 12dBd. QSOs primarily during contests in SSB or CW.
• In contests: I am not a particular contest enthusiast but I do distribute points in contests. Skeds ok.
• Homebrewing: Elbugs (incl. features like dot/dash memories, squeezing, touch sensors, auto spacing), wire antennas, simple software written in C or Bourne shell language.
• Clubs: I'm a member of quite a few clubs (see my club page for details).
