If you cannot find a record of your QSO in the online log and you are sure to have made a valid contact, please carefully check the QSO details ( Date, UTC Time, band ) and send e-mail to :

QSL policy

Direct QSL
All QSLs sent directly to the manager should contain a self addressed envelope
(SAE) and one new IRC or a green stamp. Outside Europe a single green stamp
does not cover the mail expenses then we kindly ask you to enclose two in
you envelope.
The QSL will be answered 100% within a few days.
Please send requests only for 1 callsign in 1 envelope, it helps us to save
you postage and avoids additional work for us.

Bureau QSL
The QSLs received trough the bureau will be answered in the same way.
