     QSL Practice

All requests must be forwarded directly to my address, enclosing a SAE, good for the direct return in the envelope.
I will only QSL those QSOs that are listed on Your application.
Every direct card will result in a direct response, subject to certain provisions!
In order to receive a direct card:
A) - Ensure that the QSO information on Your card is clear and correct.
B) - Enclose a good quality self-addressed envelope of sufficient size and strength for the number of return cards expected. (No loose labels please!)
C) - Enclose US dollars or sufficient International Reply Coupons (IRCs) to meet postage costs by air as appropriate.
Italian stamps are NOT welcome, because the 90% of received stamps are wrong on the current italian postage!
We can not use stamps or currency from other countries!
PLEASE NOTE THAT 1 USD NO LONGER COVERS THE 20g. POSTAGE FOR DIRECT QSLs OUTSIDE ITALY.
Additional cards (up to three) pro-rata.
NOTE: Green Stamps are much better value than IRCs! (Old IRCs are NOT accepted!).
Please use green stamps, but, if You send IRCs, use the new type only (exipiring date 31 December 2013).
IRCs must be properly stamped on his left side. (The postmark on the right side cancel the IRC !!!).
Some time may go by before I receive the LOG's up-to-date, so please be patient if there is a delay.
For any QSL problem You can contact me by e-mail.

Max

QSL card
Massimo (ex N6BAA ex I0MYP) now resides at Volcano, Hawaii Is. iota OCØ19.
He loves DX and currently he's concentrating on the low bands, particulary interested in the 80m & 160m (1820/1835 khz), mostly on CW. Band openings are about 10 minutes long for Europe.
Max works every now and then also the other HF bands, putting a very nice signal in to Europe, due to his well supplied shack and to his enviable antenna's system.
Recently he works also digital modes. I have all the paper logs after 01/Sep/2003 and You can check your QSOs in the on-line electronic log.
Not problem with the previous QSOs, that I can verify with Max via email!
