RAST congratulates Chartchai Varavisudthsarakul (Chai HS1NGR) on achieving the pinnacle of DXing accomplishment by being appointed to the ARRL DXCC Phone Honors Roll. Chai is the first Thai Amateur Radio Operator to work and confirm more than 300 DXCC countries/entities by two way radio contact. (In fact he has worked 327 countries/entities) This has taken many years to do has now placed a Thai call-sign amongst the top radio operators in the world. He has certainly proved himself to be a world-class radio operator.
