Field Day Planning;

Location Change - Morse Park & Beach,
                               parking lot of Osprey Pointe Pavilion ,
                               Noblesville

Directions to the Field Day site : 
From Downtown Noblesville take SR 32 west and  turn north on Hague road.
Continue north on Hague road to 196 th street .
Turn left (West) on 196 th street and continue West to park.

From SR. 19 - At 196 th turn West. 
Continue West until you enter the park.

Once you enter the park, turn right (north) at first street.
Continue north and follow park road.
Continue straight past Shelter C, follow road to left past beach house and continue up slight hill to parking lot where maroon EMA trailer is parked. Signs also point towards Osprey Pointe
The FD setup is in parking lot of  Osprey Pointe Pavilion .

 The Larry Fawbush Memorial award is presented each year in December to an amateur that exemplifies the spirit of helping fellow amateurs. The award was initiated in March 1993 after a tragic accident claimed the life of Larry Fawbush.

June 6, 2009   HCARES Meeting Notes

 
  1. The meeting was held at the EMA building in Noblesville and started at 10:17AM by Steve Quear, WA9FTT.
  2. Currently we have $ 1500.36 in the treasury at this time.
  3. Field Day will be on the 27th and 28 of his month at Shelter C at the Morris Beach Park. It will start about 9:00 AM.
  4. Joe March gave a presentation on APRS.
  5. The HCARES next meeting will be in August 29th at 8:00 at the EMA building. This is for the planning of the Cicero Race on the Labor Day weekend and The Atlanta Earth day event.
  6. The meeting was adjourned at 10:33 AM.
