HARA-W0SOK NOTES

! ! ! ! ! ! BEGINNING HAM RADIO CLASS ! ! ! ! ! !

Beginning Ham Radio classes start Thursday, January 31, 2013, from 6:30pm to 9:30om at the Central Community College Lexington Center, 1501 Plum reek Parkway, Lexington, NE 68850 and will run through April 25, 2013. MEETINGS
HARA meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30PM in the library of the Heartland Museum of Military Vehicles, 606 Heartland Rd, Lexington, Nebraska.

NETS
NETs are currently suspended due to repeater issues.

(The HARA ARES net is held every Wednesday at 9:00PM on the WØSOK repeater (147.135+). Check-ins, traffic, ARES training, and comments.)

REPEATER
The WØSOK Repeater is on the frequency of 147.135+ and is located west of Johnson Lake on a 500' tower owned by Arapahoe Telecommunications~ATC of Arapahoe, NE.

VE SESSIONS
HARA sponsors VE testing on odd months during the year by appointment. Testing sessions are held on the third Tuesday of the month. Contact VEC Vern Killion (W5UYF) to RSVP
