What Happened

at the May Meeting

The President was not able to attend this meeting so our Vice President, Bill - N3WD, rose to the occasion.

Bill, N3WD, preparing the new style tickets for the Mini Tailgate Fest.

Attendance was very light, which we attributed to the very nice weather that day. What little business before the membership was quickly handled.

(1) We will not work a gate at the BARTS Hamfest. It is a nice idea, but just too near the week long bingo game.

(2) The annual club party will be held at Bill Bateman's restaurant in Hanover. The traditional dues discount for those attending was approved again this year.

(3) We discussed the plans for Field Day and Bingo. Next month's meeting will get into the final plans for Field Day and the July Meeting will be final planning for Bingo.

(4) We are updating the pages on the Clubs web site. If you are reading this, you know the first wave of improvements is complete.

After the meeting, we enjoyed a long casual ragchew. You should have been there.
