Each year the Pleasant Hill Fire Company holds a carnival to raise money to keep the Company operating. They are our host for all meetings, the mini tailgate fest and any other activities we have on the grounds. They also provide a nice location for the club's APRS digi. This is our chance to return the favor. We provide the manpower to run the bingo. The Fire Company really appreciates our contribution to the carnival.
To hold up our end of the bargain we need nine workers every night for six nights in a row. That is a lot of work and really strains the capability of our club. We need your help desperately! Contact Al, KB3ETX, and let him know what nights you can help. If you can not help any night, let him know that also. He needs to know how many people will be their each night.

We need two or three people to drop by Sunday. They will make sure that everything is set up properly and that the bingo board is fully functional. We also need to run a coax from the PA system upstairs down to a temporary antenna in the bingo parlor. A couple of hours should take care of it.
If we have our act in gear we may start a little before 7:00 p.m. We close up when the crowd dwindles off to a non-productive point. But the times shown above will be very close. The "rush hour" is from around 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. As the week progresses the crowd gets larger and stays later. We need all the help we can get during those times. Contact Al, KB3ETX, now.
