BARC Gate 2009

WHEN

March 27 - 29,   2009.

WHAT

This is our main source of income.   Please plan to help.

We will be operating the Park and Ride gate again this year.   We will need to keep at least 2 people at the gate at all times.   One additional person is required to keep the tickets and money organized.   The gate will be open for a total of 20 hours.   So 2 people could work 20 hours each and we have met our requirements.   If you know who these two might be,   contact the President immediately!   We could also have 20 people work 2 hours each.   This would give everyone time to enjoy the hamfest.   That still puts money in our treasury and still gives everyone a chance to take in the hamfest.   Saturday morning from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. is the time that we will be the busiest.   Opening a third window during these hours will help a lot.   There is a lesser rush on Sunday morning at the same times.   Also note that exams to upgrade your license will be held Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.   If you are taking the test,   we will get you there.
