Simple 3 GHz  frequency meter

This is a simple weekend project.Not a big challenge to build a frequency meter if you have a good high frequency and sensitive prescaler.
I got some cheap LMX2326 pll ic that I used as programmable prescaler. The sensitivity is minimum -15dBm and the input frequency can be up to 3GHz.
The LMX "Mux out" pin is programmed as counter output and it is connected to PIC internal counter input.
For the lower HF signals measured by directly before this is amplified by BFR9x transistor.
