 hg8lux -- Sandor Mandoki

Since 1980 -- the time it is allowed in Hungary to operate a CB radio -- Sanyi is know by the "CB 22615" call sign. He contacted many stations and was very active in organizing parties and balls for CB operators from 1984 to 1993.

In 1992 Sanyi passed the VHF ham operator test and ever since that time he is a very active member of Mako Radio Club. He was the one who came up with the idea of organizing a ham meeting in Mako -- which is held annually on the third full weekend of July. Many ham and CB operators, their families and friends are coming to town for the meeting. Sanyi's enthusiasm have moved many CB operators into a decision of preparing for the ham license exam.

You can contact Sanyi over the local repeater station in the 144 and 432 MHz bands and -- of course -- via CB radio.
