  2. There was no Treasurer’s report available for the meeting.
  3. The receipts for the Field Day expenses have been lost. The club approved sending Gary a check for the same amount as we spent yesterday to cover the costs this year.
  4. The SET exercise is going on today. The purpose of SET is to prove the effectiveness of RACES, ARES and other groups. This is a national event. We will be using the Cicero Mini Marathon event as the SET training event for Hamilton County. We fill that this events meets or exceeds the SET requirements.
  5. The next VE session is October 24th at 8:30 AM at the Noblesville EMA office. It has been published in the local papers. This should not be a walk in session.
  6. The question on the call sign that is displayed on the HCARES website is not the N9EOC. It was suggested that we have both call signs on the website. The club deferred this until the next meeting until Eric’s opinion is presented.
