Motorola Securenet QUANTAR Base Station Receiver

Motorola Securenet Quantar Base Station receivers were fitted at hilltop sites within Northern Ireland.  They included Securenet encryption racks that were used in connection with the Quantar base stations to send encrypted voice and data over landlines to Police / Army headquarters.  They were used with the Motorola Spectra divisional base stations that were located in various Police stations and Army bases throughout the Province.

The equipment has been sold at auctions by RAMCO Ltd in Lincolnshire over the last two years.
