GB3SB intermittent transmitter problem.

GB3BE and GB3DU currently off-air due to site qrm/rent issues
GB3LB is now working again after the PSU was replaced.
There is still an intermittent transmit problem.
GB3LB will be taken off-line again in 2012 for a permanent repair.
