Hi Alan just found your site with an amazing amount of info, just one thing--- the list of DXCC holders says it was correct on 6/20000 at least I assume that is what it says.Im have no 254 with a date 21st OCT 99 and unless I have missed it I do not see my callsign so I wonder if you got info from ARRL?
