Hello! A bit about myself - I was born and grew up in South Derbyshire

First licensed in 1992 I was very active on 2m and helped my local club (South Derbyshire & Ashby Woulds ARG) with many special event and demonstration stations - especially JOTA, being in the Girl   Guides and   later the Venture Scouts.

I studied Electronic Engineering at the University of Wales, Bangor and whilst there was a member of the Dragon ARC which meets in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll-llantysiliogogogoch

I moved to Banbury in Oxfordshire for my first job after graduating with an Honours Bachelor of     Engineering. (Not many YL's can say that!)

I've worked as a Radio Engineer, Sales Engineer & Commercial Manager before moving to my current role as an Administrator for local Government.
