Within these pages, I tried to collate information, which in the past I've found difficult to locate on the Internet or from traditional sources. I have also included a selection of photos which I have taken over the years which may be of interest to others. I have made no attempt to make a "pretty" website - but just simply to include as much info as I can.

I am gradually adding more info as time permits, so please check these pages from time to time.

Villa Griffone - The birthplace of Wireless. Possibly one of the most important locations in the history of wireless communications, for it was here where Marconi conducted his initial experiments with wireless. The Marconi Trans-Atlantic Centenary - 12th December 2001 marked the 100th anniversary of Marconi's successful attempt in sending the letter "S" from Poldhu Cove in Cornwall, England, to St John's in Newfoundland, Canada. These photos show some of the facilities to be seen at Poldhu, including the foundations for Marconi's original building, the Marconi Monument, and also pictures of the Spark Transmitter specially reconstructed and licensed to attempt to emulate the original transmission exactly 100 years to the minute.
