Great Yarmouth Radio Club and the Great Yarmouth Radio Club Web Awards will NEVER collect personal information regarding any visitor without their knowledge.  The awards program on this website will only collect information that is volunteered by the applicant for the award process.  The information requested will consist only of the following:

Applicants Name 

Website Name, 

Website URL 

Description of Applicant's Website, 

Information Regarding Appropriate Age For Applying To Our Program 

Great Yarmouth Radio Club Web Awards will not accept any applications for awards from anyone under the age of 18. This award program complies fully with the rules and regulations of COPPA.  

After the applicant's website has been reviewed, and if the applicant has received an award, the applicant understands and agrees that their website address, website name, webmasters name and/or website information may be displayed.  If applicant DOES NOT want this information displayed, they must contact the webmaster of this site.  Once advised of this, the information will be IMMEDIATELY removed.  If the applicant has not received an award, all information received will be immediately deleted after review of the site is completed.  This information will NEVER be sold or transferred to any other person.
