What better thing to do
when it is too windy to jump, than to fly a large kite.
This is 10 feet wide and pulls like a small car. With a
group of friends we took it in turns to "ski"
up this beach. Excellent fun. I have also been seen being
dragged face down across a large field by this kite. Not
a trip for the faint hearted! I also have a pair of stunt diamonds which fly very well together, these are based on the popular Peter Powell kites, with a few modificatioins. Sadly none of the kites I have are suitable for supporting aerials, maybe I will try that next. |
