AGB (Activity Group of Belarus) grants the Old Belarus award having conducted two-way radio communications or SWL-report with Belarussian old towns (founded before 1500 A.D.):
For every additional 5 towns you can get a Sticker. (Price: 0,5US$ / 1IRC)
All your QSO/SWL, even those you have made with your old personal callsign, on any bands and in any mode, are also valid.
Your aplication (or GCR-list - General Certification Rule) should be signed by two HAMs.
