AGB (Activity Group of Belarus) grants the Minsk-930 award having conducted two-way radio communications or SWL-report with amateur stations of Minsk city (EU1, EW1).
It is nessesary to claim at least 930 points. Valid QSO/SWL working in the period from January 1, 1997 - December 31, 1997.
QSO/SWL with EW1, EU1 prefixes (city of Minsk) give 25 points.
During July 4th-6th, 1997 one needs just 1 QSO with special station to apply for award.
The term of application is unlimited - check your log now!
Your aplication (or GCR-list - General Certification Rule) should be signed by two HAMs.
Special event stations EU930EU and EW930WN - 100 points.
For Europe multiplier - 7, DX - 10.
Duplicate contacts are allowed on different bands and modes.
