«Francisk Skorina»

AGB (Activity Group of Belarus) grants the Francisk Skorina award having conducted two-way radio communications or SWL-report with countries where lived and worked the famous Belarussian printing pioneer Francisk Skorina.
There are EW, LY, SP, DL, I, OZ, OK, RA, RA2.

All your QSO/SWL, even those you have made with your old personal callsign, on any bands and in any mode, are also valid.

Your aplication (or GCR-list - General Certification Rule) should be signed by two HAMs.
