AGB (Activity Group of Belarus) grants the BELARUSSIAN IN THE WORLD award having conducted two-way radio communications or SWL-report with people who have been licensed in Belarus. Some of them live outside of Belarus now. Some live in Belarus, but they were licensed outside of Belarus and have amateur license for other country. To apply you must have the following contacts:
