I am a radio ham since 1987 with restricted licence for 2 meters and up. At the begining of my activity I made a lot of satelite contacts with AO-13 in SSB and pacsat in digital modes.
Worked more 300 countries(312) in SSB, 299 in CW (I am not so good on CW), nearly 250 on RTTY.
I was part of the VK0IR Dxpedition on January 1997, and in the JT1Y Dxpedition in 1998. Both operations had good results, mainly the VK0IR with top record of contacts made in one Dxpedition.
At present time I am living in Italy(My wife is italian), in the city of Florence. I am 38 years old, married since 10 years with Cinzia, we have 2 children : Matias 8 years old and Alicia 6 years old.
I speak french(my mother language), spanish, italian, english and some dutch(I was born in Belgium).
I will be pleased to bring with me in this Dxpedition a semi professional video equipement to realise a nice film about the Dxpedition in DV format.
