MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.

CORRESPONDENCE: Letter from CIBC Amateur Radio Program requesting support.

OLD BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

Ø The Golden Repeater which is now a stand alone repeater will be linked via the internet and a uhf radio at VE7NEKs QTH soon

Ø A UHF repeater has been acquired to replace the MSR2000 on Baker mountain trunk will be installed soon when the weather allows.

Ø The computer for radio communications at the Cranbrook EOC has to be upgraded or replaced to operate windows 7 operating sustem.

MOTION: Accept the Treasurer’s report as presented by VE7NEK, Seconded VE7KFR

NEW BUSINESS:

Ø Liability insurance will be due soon, moved VE7ZYQ, seconded by VE7RWD that it be paid when due. Carried

Ø Moved by VE7TED, seconded by VE7ZYQ that $100 be sent to CNIB Amateur Radio Program. Carried
