VE7ERV is out of the hospital and in a care facility in Fernie.

MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

VE7CRJ          -    The children’s festival security went well with no problems

- A SAREX event will be held at Elko airport – June 14 – 16^th 2013

- The Sparwood repeater move is still under consideration

NEW BUSINESS:

VE7CRJ:  -    The Baker Mtn repeater is not working.  VE7CRJ will make a second trip for repair

- The southbound Golden link has had little or no traffic. Jubilee equipment is to be removed and the Golden repeater will be shut off.

- Field Day is June 23 – Interested persons to contact VE7CRJ

- The summer picnic has been set for mid August. VE7CRJ will book the facilities.

- Thanks was given to VE7SKT along with best wishes for his move to the Coast.
