MINUTES

MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.

Moved VE7CRX Seconded VE7KFR. Carried.

CORRESPONDENCE:

- Liability Insurance Certificate from RAC.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

- VE7LOC has prepared a list of all club items and distributed the list to all club members present and now we have to decide what items need to be retained..

-A request was received to provide security for the Children’s festival. Those members willing to help are to let LOC know within a week and it will determine if we are able to cover the time slot.

- The after Christmas dinner was held at the Heritage Inn and a visit afterward was successful with about 25 participants.

-VE7ZYQ is continuing to investigate and get contact information (email) for members who check into the Sunday Night net but are not keeping their membership dues up to date.
