MOTION: Adopt the minutes of the previous meeting as circulated.

CORRESPONDENCE: Frequency Coordination council registration,  Societies Registration

OLD BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES:

Ø The Golden Repeater which is now a stand alone repeater will be linked via the internet and a uhf radio at VE7NEKs QTH.

Ø A  UHF repeater  has been acquired to replace the MSR2000 on Baker mountain trunk and will be installed when the weather allows.

Ø The computer for radio communications at the Cranbrook EOC has to be upgraded or replaced to operate windows 7 operating sustem.

Ø The Rocky Mountain Car Rally will be running another event this fall in the Invermere area and would like to use our Fairmont repeater.

TREASURER’S REPORT: VE7NEK

2013-14 Year End Financial Statements were presented and approved

· Total                            $9074.01

The club spent $337.83 more than it took in this past year.

MOTION: Accept the Treasurer’s report as presented by VE7NEK, Seconded VE7GZ

NEW BUSINESS:

Ø VE7CRJ has asked to be replaced as club president or he will have to leave the position vacant.  Some options are being explored.
