Seán O’Súilleabháin EI3IP Formally EI2FKB Welcome to the homepage of Sean EI3IP. I was first licenced in June 1995 and I was issued my Class A licence in September 1997. I undertook my theory and morse training at the North Dublin Radio Club (EI0NDR) of which I am still a member. I am also a member of the Scout Fellowship Patrol of the 132nd Dublin (Bayside) Scout Group. The Bayside Scout Troop (EI4BST) has been active in Jamboree on the Air each October since 1984. I am also National JOTA Organiser (NJO) for Scouting Ireland
