Bill Kerr, WN3K, passed away on Tuesday, September 12th, 2006 at the age of 76. He was formerly the head mechanic at Agnew Farm Equipment in Youngstown, PA. He was a veteran of the armed services as a member of the Army, and also a member of the National Guard. He and his wife, Shirley, were married for 56 years. He is also survived by a son, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Bill and Shirley had been members of the ECARA for many years until health problems prevented them from attending. Bill was an avid HF operator and was a regular visitor to our 10 meter rag chew. Rest in peace, Bill. We will miss you.
