The installation of the program will copy the following files to the directory c:\terrbas2: TERRBAS2.EXE: the program executable. TERRBAS2.HLP: the program's primary help file. ELLIPS.DAT, DATUM.DAT: map projection information, from DMA (now NIMA) HORIZLIN.FIL, AV-7X7.FIL, AV-9X9.FIL, DIAGLINE.FIL, EDGE.FIL, AV-5X5.FIL, KIRSCH.FIL, OUTLINE.FIL, PREWITT.FIL, SMOOTH.FIL, SOBEL.FIL, SUTRA.FIL, VERTLINE.FIL: filters for satellite imager WORLDMER.PRJ, WORLDMRE.PRJ: Mercator map projections for vector maps WORLD.SIN: continent outlines for vector mapping README.TXT: this file The directory c:\terrbas2\dems will have a sample Digital Elevation Model. The directory c:\terrbas2\sats will have a sample satellite image. These can be overlaid as they cover the same area and are registered. The directory c:\terrbas2\vumate will have a 3D viewer "plug-in". The directory c:\terrbas2\geotrams will have a coordinate conversion "plug-in". The directory c:\terrbas2\utils will have freeware programs for data decompression.
