PARA & IARU BARE PLAN
In his keynote speech aided with visual presentation, Johnson clearly set out IARU's implementing guidelines and recommendations which was recently taken during the IARU conference in Beijing, China.
His profound presentation was very objective and enlightening for most of our local hams having laid out clearly the policies and direction where member society must anchor their thrusts and objectives. Keywords of this recommendations are :
(1) Forge closer ties with the administrations
(2) Educational and Technical development particularly
in the youth
(3) Provide emergency and third party communication
for public welfare
(4) Participation in the global and regional telecommunity
(5) Participation on scientific and technical breakthrough
on Amateur Radio and Satellite Services
As Hams and the amateur radio spectrum is a very scarce and highly protected resource not just because of its techno-cultural value and heritage but of the unique and distinctive telecommunication service it provides for the general welfare of the people devoid of any tinge of commercial value and hiatus.
With the rapidly growing technology being
offered by most technologically and economically developed countries lagging
behind such educational development are given not much choice but to be
hemorrhaging economy.Communication technology has leaped beyond the surface
of the earth and perhaps beyond ordinary man's dream and expectation brought
about by mortals who have acquired and possesses those knowledge.
