HAMRADIO: Things get
worse: not only f.i. the many intentional lids on a DX-QRG. Also kind of
QSLing is a wide field. For my DXpeditions I send qsl's to everybody who
ask me for. I also replay, when f.i. stamps inside (surely boy has no GS or
IRC's) or several cards. I take bureau, email requests or direct - no problem.
The meanpoint is to help anyone and not to make money. I think that's
hamspirit. I am a member of the QSL Managers Society - http://www.qsl.net/qslmanagers/index_files/Page379.htm
But for that kind of QSLing I got insults by OK1DOT like: "You
are mentally ill! You are ex EAST German People! Terrible DM2,,,its plebs"!!!
If that is the new kind of QSLing, I must say: "I am proud to be an ex East German People
with that social touch".
I only can recommend: mind the snooty OK1DOT.
Let's behave like hams!
By the way really bad qsllers are TI2JJP (no answers at all) or
IK0FVC (answered by
each letter only the half of qso's, so that you have to write once more and still once more..).
- UA3AGS or stns like UN5PR (UP5P) and YL2PQ are only $-collectors.
- OM2SA, OK1DOT, EA7FTR, EB7DX do NOT send via bureau and demands US$ 2
"for EACH call in
SEPARAT letters". - F.i. OZ2LD and GM4FDM say, QSLing is only paperwork, keep away from
QSOing.
...and others do not use their home QSL-bureau or are no member: UA0AV, YO8FR. There are a lot of
DL's, W's, GM's, GW's too. Other possibilities are LOTW and eeqsl. I am LOTW-user, but...I think, users of only
LOTW/eqsl are only too lazy for
writing a paper qsl. I have made several DXpeditions. If these stations need a qsl
for itsself, suddenly they are able to write a paper qsl. Probably they can not
understand
that another om's could need their paper card too.
There are a lot of vy good qsl-managers too.
F.i. N7RO wrote me: "Many thanks for your QSL fund contribution to KL7RRC/p
IOTA operation. It's much appreciated, but not expected". Thats simple
hamspirit what I mean.
