The Shack

You see the Yaesu FT-1000mp for 160-10 m. An Ameritron AL-811h amplifier for Shortwave. A Kenwood TS-711e for 2 m Allmode and a HL-120V amplifier for 2 m (abt.100W). The antenna rotator from Yaesu/Kenpro 800 SDX.

On the wall you see some QSL-cards from stations worked in the year 1994. There is a card I am really proud of: JY1, King Hussein of Jordan, who died 1999. During my vacation in France 1996 I found JY1 (incognito) on 20 meter band and was lucky to speak with King Hussein. I used the equipment of a small radio (TS-50) and only 50 Watts output to a FD-3 Windom antenna. Thanks to King Hussein for listening to my weak signal.
