CHANGES IN THE PROCESS OF BUREAU CONFIRMATIONS BEGINNING 2018!
I will no longer be a member of the DARC from Jan 01 2018! Therefore, there are some changes in the confirmation process of bureau cards. Bureau cards that arrive after Dec 31 2017 can not be considered and go back with the mark ‘Not member of DARC‘. QSL card confirmations for DL5DCL, DL5DCL/p COTA activity, PA/DL5DCL, EA6/DL5DCL will be possible via direct by mail or direct OQRS only! Please ignore bureau option in OQRS!!!

Direct requests
NO IRC's, NO STAMPS OR ANY COINS ACCEPTED AS RETURN POSTAGE! ANY RECEIVED OR INSUFFICIENT POSTAGE = RETURNED VIA ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS - IF POSSIBLE AT ALL!
A normal STANDARD, SINGLE CARD request costs 2 USD! Possibly offered DOUBLE CARDS 3 USD! Unlimited confirmations per callsign. SAE needed!
If I offer both card types and receive 2 USD, I returned with a normal standard QSL card. Please look careful all offered or prefered QSL card types before you request a direct card!

Bureau requests
Beginning 2018 I will no longer be a member of DARC! QSL via bureau is impossible!
Bureau cards that reach the DARC bureau after Dec 31 2017 can not be considered and go back with the mark ‘Not member of DARC‘, so maybe you check the alternative options direct or direct OQRS to get your cards!
This applies for DL5DCL, DL5DCL/p COTA activity, PA/DL5DCL, EA6/DL5DCL and also for DQ1175E and DL4ØRCE!
eQSL & LoTW
eQSL is possible for DQ1175E only! Please no requests for other calls via eQSL!
No log file uploads to LoTW, sorry - not yet ;)
OQRS
The Online QSL request service, provided by ClubLog, is not always an option. Whether OQRS is available you can see at the button "Request QSL card" after your search in the Online logs!
Please read why OQRS is more expensive than a conventional direct QSL card:
OQRS is handled through Paypal what calculates the payee a fee. Click here for the Paypal fee schedule. To offset the costs I calculate a charge of 3 USD FOR STANDARD QSL CARDS, 4 USD FOR DOUBLE CARDS, unlimited confirmations per callsign! Your QSL is not needed, what means, you save your QSL request postage.
OQRS with via bureau option please ignore for all callsigns, because no DARC member since 01/2018!
DQ1175E limited QSL card
You can choose between a REGULAR STANDARD, SINGLE QSL TYPE and a SPECIAL, LIMITED EDITION QSL CARD, a double, folded, full color card with some extras in an amount of only a few hundred pieces! This card will be a rarity and is strictly limited!
The DQ1175E special, limited double card is only available via OQRS for a charge of 4 USD (?) and also via direct for a charge of 3 USD.
The DQ1175E log was uploaded to eQSL.cc on July 28 2013. All eQSL users get automatically a special eQSL edition card. Preview of all available DQ1175E QSL card types.
