My ham radio station consists of following equipment:

Transceiver Yaesu FT 757 GX II , transceiver for the HF-band, 100 Watts
Icom IC-2E, handheld transceiver for the 2 m-band, 1,5 Watts
AT-48 ADI, handheld transceiver for the 70 cm-Band, 5 Watts
K-NET and T7F transceiver for UHF, 5 Watts
Antennas 2-Element Yagi (directional antenna) for the bands 10, 15 and 20 m.
vertikal antenna for the 2 m-band
vertikal antenna for the 70 cm-band
Modems und PC TNC's for 1200 and 9600 Baud Packet Radio, simple modem for RTTY, SSTV, FAX etc. ( hamcomm), KAM All Mode
Desktop AMD Core Duo 4000, 200 GB HDD, 2 GB RAM
Notebook Dell Inspiron 1525

In order to confirm a radio contact the radio amateurs send each other a so called QSL card. Mine are not very up to date but they're usefull to show as an example :-)
