Former arrangement of aerials
1=12m tower with 6m
lengthening mast of 100mm diameter at the residential building. Carries
Rotary-FB33-BEAM for 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m and 10m (14m high), Flexa-yagi for
70cm (15m high) and Groundplane for 2m (16m high) and
Rotary-Ferrit-coil-aerial
for 136kHz, 160mm diameter es 800mm long (13m high).
2=16m LF-vertical (alu
80 to 30mm diameter) as part of the 340m-L-aerial. Nearby
the
rotary-octaeder-copper-pipe-loop (shielded loop) for 136kHz, 4.62m diameter
15.2m round, 1/2''-pipes.
3=17m mast (alu 120mm diameter)
4=16m mast (glass fibre)
5=10m in oak
6=12m mast (wood)
A= Wave-trap dipole for
160m, 80m, 40m, 20m, 15m and 10m (80m long, 12m to 17m high)
B= TX-LOOP 12m vertic
and 70m horiz two metres above ground for 136kHz (two windings)
or endfed Duo Lazy
L-aerial, i.e. two 12m vertical on top connected with each other by two 70m
horiz wires matched by one stationary and one variable coil of 400/350mm
diameter for 136 kHz
C=340m-L-aerial (btwn 2
and 5).
New arrangement of LF aerials
1 = Shack.
2 = Aerial hut with the
matching equipment three meters above ground.
3 = 16-m-vertical with
0,8-mH-coil at 11,6m.
4, 5, 6 and 7 = top wire
poles (4, 5, and 6 each with 70m long wire; 7 with 35m).
8 = New Octoloop
The raised Aerial Hut. Inside: Bushing current
transformer (Gossen HF Stromwandler HWL 1GI) with the ceramic wallentrance
insulator for the aerial. Not on the fotos: The matching/loading coil with a
beam rotor for remote fine tuning the load coil.

of mast no. 2
1= Mast.
2= Chicken foot. 3= Isolator (two boom carriers of a broken down shortwave
LOGPER). 4= Feeder.
Rotary Shielded Octoloop
New octoloop
Loop
aera on average: 14m2
Wire:
7*7*0,25
Wire
length 145m (11 windings, 1,3mH)
DC-R 1Ω.
Q 778.
Bandwidth
176Hz (3dB points).
The loop
is remotely tuned by a motorized variable condenser.
The foot of the loop (Telefunken
Antennenanschlußgerät WE112).
Inside
the alu box of the loop foot: Remote controled motor for fine tuning, Z
transformation unit with a FET and the famos G0MRF pre amp.
Proximity
(pitch) of the windings: 20mm
The
loop can be rotated manually.
Receiving
VO1NA and taking SpecLab as an indicator I found that the aerialvoltage of the
loop is about 3dB higher than the voltage of the 16m-vertical with elevated
coil and three horizontel wires 70m long each.
