The DCARC held its monthly meeting on Tuesday July 14, 2009 at the Renaissance Center Room 216. Vollie Miller presided and the following members were present: Vollie, Charles, Skip, Bruce, Larry ,Jerry and Phil.

The minutes were read and approved as read.

A Field Day report was given by Richard concerning the club activities that

Day and $36.04 was returned to the club treasury. This was part of the money that had been approved for food and supplies for field day. A check was received from Jerry and Sena Frank for $15.00 as a contribution to Field Day expenses.

A Thank You letter to Jeff Lewis, City of Dickson Parks Department for his assistance with a facility problem, namely the lights at the pavilion was suggested. A letter will be sent by the club Secretary.

A motion was made that the club accept the request made by Beck and Jeff Clark that they be placed on an extended non-voting inactive status. This status will remain in effect until they return to the club and request reinstatement to the status of full voting members. The motion passed.

A motion was made by Larry Duke that the club not use the WC4DC club call sign under any condition in the future. Motion was seconded and it pass.

Jerry reported that there was a 146.85- repeater operating in Loberville are that could be accessed from the Dickson County area.

A door prize, a Yaesu Cap, was won by Richard in a number drawing.

Club contributions were collected and $17.00 was received.

The new Club balance is $374.04.

$305.00 + 18.00+15.00+ 36.04=$374.04

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn and it passed without objection.
