The DCARC held its monthly meeting on June 9, 2009 at the Rennaissance Center. Vollie presided, and the following members were present:

and Charles Seay.
Landon asked to be reinstated into the club and his request was granted.
The May, 2009 minutes were read and approved as read.
Bill Measure agreed to pick up the Icom 730 and power supply from Jeff and tell Becky that I will be glad to come to Post Office and pick up the club coffee pot and box of picnic supplies.
The pass word for the club web site will be provided to Vollie by Ed Tilley so they could jointly keep the web site up to date. The club address will be changed on the ARRL club web page fro P O BOX 73 Dickson, To 1755 East Piney Road, Dickson, TN 37055.
Club members voted to spend up to $100 for food and other supplies for Field Day activities A club picnic will be held on Friday night at Buckner Park but the members voted not to hold a White Elephant sale.
Two door prizes were awarded by Vollie Miller. Bob Moon won a map and Charles won a repeater directory.
Larry Duke agreed to accept the Trusteeship of the Club Call sign, WC4DC and a completed 605c was filled out and mailed to the FCC. A copy of this 605c is attached and will be come a part of these minutes.
Donations were taken and $24.00 was received. $24.00 + $381 = $405.00-
$100.00 for FD expenses and the club balance is now $305.00.
A motion was made to adjourn, seconded by Bill Measures and the motion carried.
