The DCARC held its monthly meeting on May 11, 2009 at the Rennaissance Center. Skip presided and the following members and guest were present: Skip, Becky, Vollie, Larry, Dalton, Jerry, Ed, Phil, Seana, and Charles.

Members were reminded that the adjusted meeting night for June was the 9^th, which is the second Tuesday night of the month.

Jeff and Becky will become inactive member for a few months.

The minutes were read by Charles and were approved as read.

Ed has not had time to work on the web site and Vollie will try to keep the web site updated. Charles stated that he would change the QST Club web information.

Charles stated that he had prepared the welcoming brochures for visitors and new members, but forgot to bring them to the meeting.

A motion was made and seconded that the cancelled picnic on May 2^nd, would be rescheduled for Friday night June 26^th at the Soccer Field at Buckner Park

DCARC will hold its annual Field Day Exercise Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28^th. All members are encouraged to attend and participate and invite others, licensed or unlicensed to attend and participate.

Members of the club helped News Channel 5 Weather Team at Kroger in Dickson program weather radios. It was excellent coverage for the club.

New officers were elected after the regular business of the club was conducted. The 2009-10 officers of the club are Vollie, President, Skip was re-elected to Vice-President and Charles was elected Secretary/Treasurer.

The club received $17.00 in donations and now holds $381 in cash.

At 7:45, a motion was made and seconded that the meeting adjourn. The motion carried.
