Minutes of the December 6, 2004 , meeting of the
DCARC held at the Mt. Sinai community center. As this meeting was
also our annual Christmas party, very little business was conducted.
There were 22 in attendance. They were as follows:
Landon and family, Larry , Jeff, Becky, Henry, Linda, Bonnie,
Vollie, Rita, Charles, Joyce, Jerry, Brenda, Steve, Alice, Ed, Toni,
Bruce, & special appearance by Bryan Vaughan AB4KX. It was good to
have Bryan make the trip in.
Landon volunteered to be the 2005 field day chairman. Approval was
voted on by the club, and passed.
QSL.Net donations were requested by Evan McCutchen who maintains our
website. Club members agreed yet nothing was discussed as to how we
will go about collecting the funds.
Vollie suggested that we all give a QSL card to Becky Clark to be
kept with the club memorabilia.
The biggest event was the white elephant sale which had been
postponed at the fall picnic. Charles Seay conducted our auction
where we raised $103.25.
Treasury report: Expenditures $40.00 Donation to Potters Children's
Home in memory of Shirley Morris (This was requested in lieu of
flowers)
New balance - $525.25
