New Business - Review of club constitution and bylaws was suggested and a motion was made and passed that this be carried out.  Charles Seay, Jeff Clark, and Larry Duke comprise the committee to oversee the needed changes.

Website list that we meet at the Renaissance Center with the exceptions of  Spring Picnic - Fall Picnic & Field Day. It should read , Spring Picnic - Fall Picnic & the Christmas Party.  Jerry said that he would see to the necessary correction.
