My current focus is SW DX on 40m. I`m quite often active on 20/17m and on 75m as well. Rig: Icom IC-756proIII / IC-PW1 / TS-2000 / FT1000MP / IC-706MKIIG On backpacking tours this magic "must have" FT-817 qrp rig is my choice. For mobile entertainment i`m using Icom 706mkIIg with a remote controlled screwdriver mobile whip. not the best performer but soooo comfortable! The basestation 100ft maintower supports a Fluidmotion MonstIR 4L multi-monoband Yagi@85ft (fullsize 3L@40&30m) and a vertical Loop for 75m. A balanced feeded dipole is errected for high angle 160/80m signals and multiband use.... The tower will be extended with a further section and errected for 160m to used as a 1/4wl vertical with elevated radials. With the grounded, adjuastable and remote controlled yagi elements on top, this antenna has the advantage to tune the "yagicaphat" from the shack. This will nearly give fullsize performance on every part of the 160m band. 2nd Tower, 60ft crankup/versa tower bp60: VHF/UHF/SHF all homemade yagis except 23cm. 144MHz: 2x10L3WL hor. 2x7L1.5WL vert. 432MHz: 13L4WL hor. 1296MHz: 44L13WL delayed but still current projects are k9ay recieving antenna system to improve finally recieving performance on 80 and 160. fully remote controlling the station incl. antenna switching/direction/tuning controlling, amplifier. expanding the main yagi antenna to a 4x4 stack with a 4 ele. monobander fixed to the US. at the present time i`m totally distracted but vy exited playing with the low budget SO2R feature of the outstanding N1MM`s logging software..... 73s, DH1TT - Oliver/Bavaria
