A Simple one for  holiday...

I was looking for a simple new antenna for travelling at the holiday time.

It must be easy to install and have to work on most bands.

During my last DXpeditions, i had only Windom Antenna´s with Coaxcable.

This antenna was heavy and works only on 40,20,and 10m and sometimes on 80m.

So the length of these antenne was 20m or 41m long.

And it was not easy to install that at the hotels...

My Rig was mostly a Yaesu FT-757 GX II without a tuner and a switchmode power supply.

But now i have the FT-100 and a 1,7kg Power supply and get a Twin leed 300 Ohm from DX-Wire and a MFJ-1 kg Tuner.

So i decided to get an antenna which was max. 25m long and was feed by twin leed.

I found something in Karl Rothammels antenna book:

A simple dipole which was designed from VK5RG.

12.5m Twin leed and 12,5m every half of the dipole, so the dipole is 25m long.
