Detroit - City of Cars

Here are some pictures from my visit at the Renaissance Center. It is the highest building in Downtown, and the General Motors Headquater. The ride to the observation deck isn't cheap ($3.50 adult) but you get a wounderful view over Detroit and Windsor (Canada).

Visit Detroit Tigers

I took one of the last chances to visit the old Tiger Stadium. The Detroit Tigers are Detroits Baseballteam. Now they are building a new stadium (Comerica Park), and this season there were the last games in the old Tiger Stadium. I went o 25 Sept to the Tigers and enjoyed a game against the Kansas City Royals. The Tigers won this game with an very high result of 11:2. I had a cheap seat at the "Bleachers" but the Pictures are looking smaller than it really was. If you like to know more about the Tigers visit their homepage.
