Test and unloading for 1,2V Accu
Each knows the problem and
many dealings wrong. Small instruments are pursued with
accumulators. If these are however once empty,is exchanged the
complete akkuset, although only an accumulator of the whole
sentence has become weak. With a simple instrument to
thBatterytest the electric voltage is tested only, but the
capacity of the accumulator remains a mystery. With the following
Testcircuit one can observe the voltage at burden and one
recognizes immediately,in which load are the accumulators. With
the switch TEST EIN/AUS can unload one the accumulator also
quickly, for only completely unloaded accumulators can be loaded
up to the full capacity (Memoryeffect).

The construction can on a simple point printed
circuit,in the flying construction or on an industrially
manufactured printed circuit are undertaken. The indication
instrument can be also an old instrument,it does not have to be
explained absolutely for 10mA,since them 1,2V has end of scale
discontinued with the variable resistor. Is connected the
accumulator, can one through operate the switch TEST EIN/AUS
1,2Ohm/5Watt the accumulator up to 1A burden. If the capacity of
the accumulator is considerable to exhausted, which one can not
recognize absolutely at the no-load voltage, sees one it
immediately on the instrument. If the TEST - switch remains
furthermore in position a,can empty one the accumulator for the
next load.
Some tips for the construction:
The installation in a small casing would have be strengthened
already from optic regard of advantage. The application a
batteryholder simplifies the connection from the accu. For the
test of accumulators in size :UM-2 or UM-1 should the big
resistorl on 10Watt and perhaps on 0,56Ohm changed will to
increase around the accu test current.
PS.The dimension of the resistor on 5W(10W) is finds in the
emerging of temperature.(in the winter can be used the Tester
also as pocket heater).
!For through the reproduction emerging major fires, burn holes in
the trouser pockets or other defects take over I no
responsibility!
