Indoor Vending Information

Indoor tables can be purchased for $20 each without electricity. A premium vendor/commercial table along the walls with access to electricity can be purchased for $35 each. Register early, as tables are offered on first come, first served basis. The number of tables available is based on a formula that weighs heavily on advance registrations. Do not count on a table being available if you don't register in advance.

Vendor setup begins at 12:00 noon Friday, August 15, and ends at 5:00pm when the doors open to the public. The indoor vending area will open again to the public at 8:00am on Saturday.

Outdoor Tailgating Information

Tailgating will be held in the parking lot to the rear of the conference center on Saturday only, and is FREE. No commerical buyers or vendors are allowed in the tailgate area. Like indoor tables, outdoot tailgating slots should be reserved. Download a flyer with a mail-in registration form on the Printable Flyers page.

Other Pertinent Information

Only vendors are allowed inside on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning before 7:00 AM. No sales are permitted inside until 5:00 PM Friday when the hamfest is open to the public. The conference center will be locked and secured Friday at 9:00 PM. Security will be provided on a 24-hour basis, however, New Mexico Hamvention Inc. and the University of New Mexico are not responsible for lost or stolen items. The hamfest concludes at 3:00 PM . Vendors should have their items removed by 4:30 PM. You are responsible for hauling away your own trash.
