Linux Software
I have remotely contributed in developing the software needed to powerdown ATX mainboards in the late 2.2 and 2.4 kernels.
Unfortunately the current powerdown mechanism still doesn't work with my crappy TYAN S1590S board,
so I had to use a patch developed by SOYO. I have modified this patch for various Kernels, see my download page.
The SOYO site where this patch originated seems to be permanently offline and thus unavailable.
I have listed the original SOYO files although I'm not sure concerning the software license. If anyone knows better, please drop me a line.
TYAN "support" didn't care for my bug reports, their responses were incompetent to say the least. I will never again buy any TYAN products.

If you have a Plustek scanner, check out the Plustek driver site:

I did some of the testing with my OpticPro 9636P to support G. Jaeger debugging the driver. Thanks to him can now use my Plustek scanner with Linux.
